PSYCHOLOGIST

Charlotte Board is a highly experienced registered psychologist with over 15 years’ experience working in educational settings across Sydney and Perth.

Combined Master of Psychology (Educational and Developmental) and Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Western Australia
Bachelor of Arts and Graduate Diploma of Science (Psychology) with Merit from the University of Sydney

Charlotte specialises in supporting the social, emotional and academic development of children and adolescents. She has extensive experience providing counselling, conducting cognitive and educational assessments, and working collaboratively with students, families and school staff to address learning, behavioural and wellbeing needs. Her work includes interpreting psychometric assessments, developing targeted interventions, and delivering evidence-based programs to build resilience and coping skills.

Most recently, Charlotte worked as a Psychologist at Loreto Kirribilli for over a decade, where she played a key role in student wellbeing, learning support, and school policy development. She has also worked in private practice and multidisciplinary teams, and is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society, registered with AHPRA.
