Karen is a dedicated professional who has spent more than a decade supporting children aged 0–12 with diverse developmental needs.

Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from City University of Hong Kong

Postgraduate Diploma in Education, majoring in Special Education from the University of Hong Kong

Throughout her extensive career in early education centers, kindergarten and primary schools—spanning from Hong Kong to Sydney—, Karen has focused on understanding the unique milestones of each child, including those with ASD, ADHD, and developmental delays. She deeply values the opportunity to work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams, believing that a collaborative, family-centered framework is essential for a child’s growth.

In her previous roles, Karen has found fulfillment in helping students develop the practical life skills and independence they need for their daily lives. Whether she is conducting functional observations or providing classroom support, her approach is rooted in careful observation and a genuine desire to see every student reach their potential. Karen views herself as a partner to the parents and educators she works with, striving to provide thoughtful strategies that make a meaningful difference in a child’s development.
